Any current and former players and coaches that are interested in taking steps to become a referee see below links and upcoming seminar dates. While the negative aspects of officiating are what is publicized the most, in actuality 98% of the games go off without a hitch and most referees never encounter a major issue. This is a great opportunity for many to continue to stay involved in a sport they grew up with and loved while making some great money.
